I'm Justin Hammon. I've spent 15+ years scaling B2B SaaS and GovTech platforms across solutions engineering, go-to-market, and product strategy.
Most of that was at CivicPlus, where I spent 11 years across five roles. I scaled the Solutions Engineering team and built the presales playbook from scratch. As Associate General Manager, I owned end-of-life and migration strategy for a large base of government customers and held those relationships together through complex platform transitions.
What I'm known for is the connective work. I sit between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success and turn messy, multi-product portfolios into one coherent platform story. I'm a player-coach, not a sideline one.
These days I build, too. I ship products with Claude Code, run a homelab, and consult on AI enablement. I’m based in Kansas and work remote.
